Arnside - Incoming High Tide Warning Siren (Aug 13th 2022)
This is the incoming high tide warning siren that on spring or higher tides, the siren will go off twice.
The first will sound about 15-20 minutes before the start of the tidal bore in Morecambe Bay. Once the bore reaches Blackstone Point about 45 minutes later, the warning siren will sound a 2nd time before the bore reaches Arnside about 20-30 mins later. The water comes in at quite a fast speed as it fills up the bay and makes its way under the railway viaduct going up the river Kent.

It's a great track but pretty scary for a TV station! I remember the later horny version with the expanding TSW leaves - the egg box ident felt a bit sci-fi to me which is great as it's very different, but an odd choice for a TV station. Lightly bonkers 80 creativity :)
